We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead research, prospecting, and CRM management.
• Research and identify target prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Generate leads for staff augmentation services through multiple platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email
marketing).
• Identify and target potential clients in need of website development, eCommerce, ERP, CRM, AI , SaaS , Mobile app and Designing projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure high-quality leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless conversion of leads into business opportunities.
• Meet lead generation targets and deadlines to support the company's growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities in Domestic and International markets.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
• Monitor LinkedIn trends and best practices for prospecting.
